What I do at Innovetive Petcare
I am the Client Care Coordinator at Highalnd Park Animal Hospital. My primary role at our clinic is to support the Client Care Team with any needs they may have, wether it be client issues, protocol, billing, or scheduling. I am here to support them in whichever way I can. I also over see all accounts receiveable at the clinic level, as well as improving our client experience in any way I can.

I enjoy working at Highland Park Animal Hospital simply because my fellow coworkers create an environment that I look forward to being at every day. We have a close knit team, while also having support from Innovetive Petcare for larger problems we may need help with. It is a fun and energetic place to work, that is ever changing in what we see everyday, which makes it interesting and exciting.
Who am I?
I started with Highland Park Animal Hospital in 2020, at the height of the pandemic as a receptionist, and quickly working my way up to the Client Care Coordinator within 6 months. Before coming into the animal health field, I worked in finance at the customer care level, as well as recruiting and training for future and incoming employees.
Advice for prospective candidates
Be opening to learning as much as possible. For all roles in a veterinary hospital, there is over lap of what information is needed to be known. You may be applying for a customer service representative, but you may end up learning a lot of medical terminology, or procedures so you have the tools needed for whatever comes your way.
