How do I submit my application?

View our current opportunities and select the opportunity for which you would like to apply and click on “Apply Now.” You will be prompted to enter your Full Name, Email, Phone Number, and Address. You will be able to upload your resume and a personal summary. A resume is required to apply to all jobs at IPC. Once you have entered all required information and documents, click "Submit Application."

Can I save my application & complete it later?

We strive to make the application process quick and easy, but you can always save your application progress. If you are not ready to submit your application, there is a prompt at the bottom of every job application. Click the "Save application for later" link and you will be prompted to provide an email address so we can email you a link to continue the application process whenever it's convenient for you.  

What if I don't see an opportunity that matches my skill set?

If you don't see a role that you want to apply for right now, register your interest, by simply completing a form to be notified of any roles that come along that meet your criteria. You'll receive an email when you register, and then again once a job comes up that you would be interested in.

I've submitted my application. Now what?

Our recruiters and hiring managers review the job applicants for each opening and reach out to those who appear to be a strong match for the position. If your skill set matches the job and you are chosen for an interview, a hiring manager or recruiter will contact you via phone or email regarding the next steps of the interview process. 

Can I apply to multiple opportunities?

Yes and we encourage you to apply to any jobs you're qualified for. If you apply for the same opportunity more than once, you will be notified via email that you have already applied for that role; there is no need to worry, your initial application was successfully submitted and there's no need to apply again.  

What does the interview and hiring process look like?

We are very passionate about providing a transparent and simple interview, hiring, and onboarding process. At the bottom of every job description, you will see the hiring process for that particular opportunity so you can know what to expect.  

What if I am looking to relocate?

Apply for jobs as you normally would. If a recruiter or hiring manager contacts you about a job, let them know about your relocation requirements. If the particular position does not have a relocation budget available, they may also be able to assist you in finding similar jobs that do.

Where are Innovetive Petcare practices located?

Our home office is located in Austin, TX, but we have 24 Hour & After Hour ERs, General, Specialty, Boarding, Grooming, and Large Animal practices all along the southern and northeast United States.
